The Team Leader will assist the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in the operation of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in a manner that will provide our guest with a superb experience and will maintain an invigorating and stimulating work environment for all team members while helping the restaurant achieve its financial objectives. The Team Member will complete all necessary training through Chicken Salad Chick University (CSCU) in order to flawlessly execute the duties of the assigned position. This person will support up to three functional areas of the restaurant: Service, Sandwich Line and Production. The Team Member is responsible for working directly with guests and fellow team members to Spread Joy, Enrich Lives and Serve Others.
